Returns
Due to the nature of food and edible products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or consumed.
However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or leaking package received
- Expired product received
- Missing items in the order
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the product and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Product damaged during shipping
- Incorrect item shipped
- Order canceled before dispatch
- Product unavailable after payment
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Delays caused by courier services
- Opened or partially used food products
- Orders refused at delivery
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
To cancel your order, contact our support team as soon as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photo proof to help resolve the issue quickly.
Depending on the case, we may offer:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund
